General
VHS Express AB ("we", "our", or "us"), operates the website snuzyn.com (the "Website"). These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all use of the Website and all sales conducted via the Website. The Terms also govern the Website’s functionalities as well as the information and material provided through the Website.
We aim to ensure that the information on the Website is as accurate as possible, but reserves the right to correct potential errors on the Website, such as inaccuracies in product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, prices, and stock availability. we has the right to correct such inaccuracies and to amend or update the information at any time. we is not responsible for information or images on the Website provided by third parties.
Orders & Agreement
18+ Age Requirement for Purchases
Customers ("Customers") may purchase products from us via the Website, but as nicotine products are intended for adults, the Customer must be at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to make purchases on the Website.
Only natural persons are permitted to make purchases via the Website, and only for private use. We reserve the right to reject orders from legal entities or in cases where there is suspicion that the order is not for the Customer's private use.
If there is suspicion of (i) a Customer or order not complying with the Terms, (ii) misuse of the Website, or (iii) other irregularities, we reserve the right to refuse or modify the Customer's order. Orders made in another person’s name, through identity fraud, or in any manner that could cause financial harm to us may also be reported to the police.
Order Completion
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer accepts these Terms and may be required to explicitly confirm their acceptance. By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees to comply fully with them and acknowledges having read the privacy information and consented to the use of personal data and cookies as per our Privacy Policy.
When the Customer completes an order, we will send a preliminary order confirmation via email. This confirmation is automatically generated without manual review. Once this confirmation is sent, the order can no longer be modified by the Customer. If a product is out of stock when the order is processed, we are not obligated to deliver the product. The Customer will be notified via email and refunded the product's value.
A purchase agreement is only concluded once we have confirmed the Customer's order via email after verifying the Customer's age and correcting any discrepancies, such as stock availability, price, or delivery times.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect personal information, suspected fraudulent activity, or if the Customer has credit issues.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on the Website are listed in Euro. Prices include taxes and VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and other charges (e.g., invoice fees) are displayed separately at checkout. Prices are regularly updated, and we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
In the event of changes in tax or VAT rates or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust prices until the day before delivery. Final prices will be confirmed in the final order confirmation sent to the Customer.
Customers can choose from the payment methods listed on the Website. Payments are processed through our partner Viva (Viva.com) or Solana pay (solanapay.com) depending on what you choose. By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to Viva’s and or Solana pay’s terms.
Full payment terms are available at checkout. We reserve the right to restrict available payment methods or modify the chosen payment option if it is not functional or approved.
Promotions
We may occasionally offer various promotions and campaigns on the Website. Specific terms may apply to these promotions, such as campaign duration or applicable products. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time, after which these Terms will apply without amendment.
Delivery and Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from confirmed order, depending on the chosen shipping method, time of purchase and location.
At checkout, the Customer selects a shipping method and provides any necessary information (e.g., access codes for home delivery). Certain delivery options may include an additional fee, displayed during the purchase process.
Customers are responsible for promptly collecting or receiving deliveries to avoid potential issues, such as temperature sensitivity for certain products.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected, a fee of 20 euro will be charged to cover return shipping and administrative costs. The Customer must collect the package before returning it, following the return process if they wish to cancel the order.
Freight and Delivery
Delivery Methods
At the time of purchase, the Customer may choose from the delivery options displayed during checkout. The Customer must provide any requested information necessary for us to complete the delivery (e.g., gate code for home delivery).
For certain types of delivery, an additional fee may apply, which will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Items shipped by post may be sensitive to certain conditions, such as specific temperatures. Therefore, the Customer must promptly retrieve or receive the delivery once it is expected from we.
Regardless of the delivery method, the Customer’s age will be verified before the ordered item is handed over. We reserve the right to deny handover of the ordered item to Customers who cannot verify that they are at least 18 years old.
Right to Change Delivery Methods in Certain Cases
We reserve the right to change the delivery method if an item is deemed unsuitable for shipment via the chosen delivery option.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable laws on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, the Customer has the right to withdraw or return their order. If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify us within 14 days from receiving the item. The Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for the condition of the item after receiving it and during return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the time the Customer notifies us of their intention to withdraw.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should contact us via email at info@snuzyn.com. We require the following information to process a return: the Customer’s name and contact details, order number, and the quantity and names of the products to be returned.
We will verify that the return is permitted and that the withdrawal period has not expired before the items are sent back. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must not be sent using cash on delivery (COD). It is crucial that the item is packaged in a way that prevents damage. A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer once the return has been processed.

If the Customer has already paid for the items, a refund will be issued to the account charged at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed by Viva or Solana pay and are typically completed within the same day if you used Solana pay. If you used Viva it will be instant, but it all comes down to your card issuer's internal rules on how long a refund takes to process. You should contact your bank for the refund timescales because that depends entirely on the issuer and the type of card. For example:
If the card is Mastercard or Diners/Discover, then the credit amount is displayed after 1 to 2 working days, depending on card’s issuing bank.
If the card is VISA, then the amount of credit is displayed immediately, as long as the type of the card (e.g., Business, Employee, etc.) and the issuing bank, participate in the direct debit program (VISA Direct). Otherwise, the amount is credited in 1 to 2 working days.
We will refund you the same day of receiving the returned items. We reserve the right to deduct a sum of up to 100% of the item’s value based on its depreciation, depending on the extent of use exceeding what is necessary to determine its properties or functionality. The depreciation deduction is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Complaints
The right to file a complaint applies to items that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If an item is defective or missing, the Customer must contact our customer service at info@snuzyn.com within a reasonable time after the defect should have been discovered. The order number and reason for the complaint must be provided. The Customer must request an RN (return number) and a shipping label, which will be valid for 14 days.
Defective items returned to us should be treated as if they were free of defects. It is vital that all returned items are packaged in a way that prevents damage.
We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints. Once the defective item is returned and the complaint approved, the Customer will be reimbursed for return costs. However, our liability is limited to the value of the item and any return costs. If the Customer has already paid for the items, refunds are processed by Viva or Solana Pay and are typically issued within 14 days.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is found not to be defective under applicable consumer protection laws. If the reason for return is a complaint and no defect can be demonstrated, a fee of 30 euro, including VAT, will be charged for administrative costs, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Shipments without an RN will be returned to the sender, and shipping costs will be charged. The fee will be invoiced with a payment term of 10 days net. For late payments, a reminder fee of 10 euro and interest on overdue payments will apply.
Links on the Website
We may provide links on the Website to other websites outside our control. We strive to ensure but cannot guarantee that such websites comply with we's personal data and security regulations as stated in the Privacy and Integrity Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website is owned by us. Its content is owned by us or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, designs, layouts, and information about goods, services, and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from us.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in legislation or government regulations, technical issues, or failures in electric/telecommunications/data connections or other communication, as well as failures or delays in services from subcontractors due to such circumstances. These circumstances constitute grounds for exemption from liability for damages and other consequences. If such a situation arises, we will inform the Customer of the event. If the situation lasts for more than two months, both the Customer and we are entitled to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
We also accept no liability for damages arising from the Customer's inability to use the Website due to operational interruptions or other disruptions in the computer or communication systems used by us or during necessary maintenance of our data systems.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time without the Customer's prior approval. Any changes will be published on the Website. Changes take effect once the Customer accepts the Terms through a new purchase or visit to the Website, or 10 days after we inform the Customer of the changes.
Validity of Provisions
If one or more provisions of these Terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
Assignment
We reserve the right to transfer, in whole or in part, its rights and obligations under the Terms without the Customer's consent.
Disputes
We aim for the Customer to be as satisfied as possible. In the event of a disagreement, we undertake to abide by decisions from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Any disputes may also be resolved in general courts with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance. These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish substantive law.
